I want to flock the dash on the Golf, what's the most effective stuff to use or is it better to send it off and have it done?

update how it goes, need to do dash, pillars and rear cross panel.

Frost.co.uk sell a flocking kit, not sure how good the results are though.

Unless you are desparate to do it yourself, I had an Audi TT dashboard done after the airbag popped and ripped the panel out on the passenger side. A guy in Long Eaton did it and the quality is superb and it was only around £120. If the repair wasn't required it would be less than £100 I would imagine.
