hi has anybody got any ideas on insurance companies i only do about 2500miles a year

For track day insurance, try MORIS or Competition Car Insurance.

I got a quote for insurance through competition car insurance they were quite competitive for the years cover, Included 5 trackdays a year and the on track excess wasn't too bad at all.
