Any (noise) de-restricted track days in the UK

Just curious really ... Are there any venues which still run without a noise limit or at a very high noise limit (110+ dB)?

Aren't most test days unrestricted? Although do you need a race licence for those?

Our Donington one on March 2nd is 110db and we can run a few cars louder than that.
