thoughts on this track car

Hello all looking to get back into track days and have seen this on this very site
the car has done 220k engine changed at 56k any thoughts about the car arranging a viewing tomorrow.

Its cheap enough !! Has some goodies on it which are worth a few hundred quid so doesn't seem a bad buy even if you were to strip it for another car later ?
