I'd like some 1-1 instruction in my car (Evo X) - any suggestions? Thruxton is my nearest circuit but unfortunately with a 90db limit I'm not allowed to take mine there as it has a sports exhaust. frown

Book a trackday and book some coaching. You'll get on at Brands, Snett, Silverstone & Donington - closest ones to you.

Or you could try http://www.motorsport-events.co.uk/ They do lots of events in the West Country and you can book tuition with them, or bring another coach along if you prefer. Most days have a 100bD limit - not sure quite how noisy your exhaust is but quite frankly you could probably fart at Thruxton and not get allowed on.

I used a guy called Mike Cooper last year. He's a phenomenal driver and is well known for his tuition and his ability.

Have a look at his website - it speaks for itself.

www.drivertuition.com

He'll travel to your chosen circuit.

I have a few events you could come to and get tuition. Mallory Park on April 21 105db static noise. We have an ARDS instructor there on the day who will give 20 min free instruction to anybody. If he is not booked out much, grab him again. No problem
