Well paid construction jobs abroad in 2-3 years

Anyone in the known have any idea which way this sector is going? In 3 years I will have 10years site management / design management experience, will have high level of academic qualifications, membership of professional bodies etc.
Basically just interested in possibilities working away. I was lured into the industry when I saw the fortunes people were earning in exotic places like Dubai. That has gone downhill so what's the up and coming places? Obviosly plenty of rebuilding with all the wars atm but wouldn't want super high risk.
I know working abroad isn't for everyone but would just like to know what is out there.

An acronym for the economies of Brazil, Russia, India and China combined. The general consensus is that the term was first prominently used in a Goldman Sachs report from 2003, which speculated that by 2050 these four economies would be wealthier than most of the current major economic powers.
