Wanted: One first line support tech, one .net programmer

Hi all

I work for an IT managed services provider on the south-east fringes of London.

Due to expansion we're looking for a new support desk technician, and a .net/SQL/ASP programmer. Speed, accuracy and diligence are required for both roles. We'd also be interested in hearing from people with plenty of experience working with Cisco LAN/WAN/telephony gear, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010, or Microsoft SQL server.
