Working for IBM

Good afternoon everyone. I currently work for HP as a test manager and am now into the middle stages (CV sent, initial interview done) of looking at a similar job with IBM. Anyone got any experience of working for them, what they are like etc

I do it and wouldn't recommend it for many reasons.
