My normal time is 1.30-2 am because I have different working hours due to running my own business.
I would suggest normal time for someone who has to get up at 6am is 11pm. Depends if you want to feel s
t the next day and risk ill-health. But it also depends on the individual as some people can do with just 5 hours' sleep whilst others need 9 hours. I would let your body tell you what is normal.

How is it possible to 'win' an argument like this? Surely bedtime is a personal choice isn't it?
someone said what a normal time is, i said a different time.Pothole said:

can people post roughly what time they go to bed on here on a normal working weekday night?
either go to bed time or roughly what time you try to be asleep by?
thanks
there's plenty of stuff out there about the ethics of it. it's for you to read and decide where you sit with the idea.either go to bed time or roughly what time you try to be asleep by?
thanks

oh dear, not really going the way you planned, is it? Not that it'll make any difference but I generally turn in about midnight unless I am on the 7-3 shift in which case it's 23.00 ish.
actually it is. for the record my argument was that it isn't unusual for adults on a working night to still be up around or past eleven at night.hoof, come out of the corner. it just looks wrong for god's sake.
