Anybody willing to share what they received from their boss as way of thanks for putting up with them for 25 years?

Couple of guys here have now reached that mark.

6 weeks paid leave sabbatical, great! And I could take it any time, and add it to normal holiday time too if I wished.

Now that is a cracker!

Bloke I know works at a firm where every 10 years you get 6 months paid leave which you can extend to 6 paid, 6 unpaid if you wish.

On the other hand 10 years working for them has adged him 30.

Working for 25 years...

There's little loyalty in this world.... employers are class one wkers.

You give 25 years and all you get in return is a pat on the back. Sod employment...

And 25 years of salary..... Which is the whole point? Anything else is just a perk.

£500 to spend on something tangible. I put it towards a Breitling. That was in 2001 in banking.

I got £100 of John Lewis vouchers for 10 years at my bank - which reminds me I ought to spend them before the other half does.

We get an extra days leave every 5 years. After 10 years we get a glass (acrylic actually) trophy plaque thing, £100 and lunch with the CEO. The same again for 15, 20 & 25 but it all gets a bit bigger

Every 5 years I get an extra days holiday per year, to a limit of 32 days.

At 10, 20, 25 there is a cash payment a % of your salary.
