Offered a new role... newly CIMA qualified
Discussion
Finding myself in a bit of a dilemma here, I've been casually looking for work for a while now and have been offered a new role at a large company.
At present I've more or less reached my limit in the current company short of relocating (not feasible atm). I've been here for nearing 5 years in which time I've become CIMA qualified (I would not have to pay any costs of the training back).
The general salary expectations I've had from the agency have been a little vague, to say the least. The first role I went for was for 50% on top of my current salary, for which I got to the second interview stage before they chose an internal candidate. The second role was approx. 33% on top of my current salary. Again I got to the second interview stage. Both roles were with the same company, who usually pay out a 10% bonus (friends 7 year experience) and have a good benefits package.
The role I have been offered at a different company pays 22% more than my current salary, but has worse benefits then I currently receive. At present I get:
Pension - I pay in 2%, company pays in 6%
Half price gym membership
1 for 1 share shave scheme
Staff sales shop (cheaper on products I would have to buy, ie household items, savings will be a few hundred a year)
Free private healthcare
Zero bonus
The new role offers, in way of benefits
Pension - matches my contributions (ie I would have to pay 4% to get the same back)
3 for 1 share save scheme
No private healthcare (can purchase via the company, but no idea of cost)
Up to 10% bonus (confirming with a friend the reality)
Prospects, from my point of view is a change of role and that the new role would involve mentoring people starting out in their CIMA qualification. Managing / having people under me is something missing from my CV at the moment. The rest of the job spec, to be honest, is a lot of internal terms and general analysing / reporting I would expect in any position.
I'm currently underpaid for my qualifications (genuinely... I'm benchmarked against warehouse support staff, not finance), but the agency like to state that I only have experience of one role, whereas may of their candidates have more varied experience and the same qualifications.
Any way, long story slightly shorter, and because these things need numbers... the difference in the pay is approx. 5k, but the benefits obviously aren't as good. Just wondered what peoples views of this may be on this in general.
Many thanks!

It may be worth using this new role and company as a stepping stone to something bigger and better. In the short term you may be worse off benefits wise but in the long term it could be the best thing you ever do career wise. Gain the added experience of managing staff with the possibility of moving on again in say 3-4 years time.
First of all, congrats on becoming qualified
I would second the above post, use this as an opportunity to step up to bigger things. I notice that companies don't usually reward loyalty much (although I did get a George Foreman grill for being here 5 years!), and moving jobs will increase salary faster than internal promotion.
