Where do engineers look for jobs?

I have just moved to a new sector and need to recruit engineers.
Where do you all look for jobs? Which websites do you use or which media do you go to? Are there specific industry websites or journals you would use?
Before the debate starts I am looking ideally for degree qualified engineers or apprenticeship background ideally. Non degree quals to be looked at in context of experience.

Still a bit broad. Teckie or managerial? If its the former, an advert in The Engineer might get seen by the right type of people. Otherwise Reed and Telegraph jobs as I mentioned before. Anyone who is even half looking will have e-mail alerts set up at those two.If your requirement is fairly broad then the IET magazine, Engineering and Technology http://eandt.theiet.org/ might not be a bad idea.
my current position came about by an agent contacting me through linkedin. it was a well thought out approach, non pushy and he was able to arrange interview [including all expenses - return train to london and hotel] within hours of my expressing interest.
my one gripe about linkedin is a lot of recruiters use it and post endless b
ks, join every group they can and broadcast all sorts of meaningless 'job seeking tips' drivel. they are becoming the equivalent of facebook bores who post pics of their kids every 2 seconds. i despise them and delete offenders from my network.
linkedin gives you unique access, use it wisely.

This place. They phone/e-mail me every couple of weeks with roles i might be interested in. Happy where i am, but if/when i decide to move, i'll speak to these guys, very professional, very helpful, and most importantly, loads of roles on their website, constantly.

If you're staying away from recruiters at the mo, try advertising on Jobsite, Monster, TotalJobs, CV Library, Just Engineers, The Engineer - those are the big ones, then after them you're into smaller, niche boards.
Linked In is another option.
