Final Interview?

I've applied to Toyota Manufacturing UK for an Engineering Placement (Undergraduate). I got past the application, did some online tests and then went to an Assessment Centre (Where I did a group task, more tests and an informal interview).

I've been invited to this final stage, the Final Interview.. They say it'll last about an hour. I'm not sure what to expect with this one though.. Compared to the interview I did at the Assessment Centre, which was 1 on 1 and quite laid back.. Just basically going over my Application again.

What's likely to be different with what they're looking for at this stage? I'm assuming this one could be in front of a few different people, and may be more intense..

Anyone have any ideas what to expect?

Typical formal interview unless they've told you otherwise?

Usual tips:

Dress properly (socks matching (highly polished black) shoes etc) and have someone check you over
Be relaxed and confident (smile occasionally!)
Listen, think, then speak
If you don't know something, say so; never bluff
Look the questioner in the eye
Have a practice interview
Think about answers to stock questions (all questions stem from three core questions in interviews; can you do what they're asking you to do; will you enjoy doing what they're asking you to do; and will you fit (culturally and strategically?)

All good advice, only thing i would add is make sure you have some questions to ask them, you need to show a real desire to want to be there so ask about the culture, the work and team dynamic, how do the departments interact, done be afraid too ask what the core expectations of you will be in the forst six months, ask about the ramp plan and support for new employees so that you know what you need to do to succeed with and for them.

Top advice that, nothing worse than going "uhmm..." when they ask you if you have any questions! Although whatever you do don't ask anything stupid, like "will I be able to leave every day at 5 on the dot" sort of thing. best of luck!

Could it be a competency interview? I'd phone and ask to be honest, they'll have no problem telling you what the broad intention of the final interview is.

I had a final interview yesterday, as part of an assessment day, which was solely competency based. "Tell me a time when you built relationships to achieve goals", etc. If it's that, you want to have five or six examples prepared in advance. So it's best to check.
