IT Opporuntites in the Caribbean...?

Having looked around online at the various job sites that claim to concentrate on this region I've found that they're all pretty useless, out of date and or completely non-existent.

Does anyone have any pointers as to how I'd realistically go about finding a position in the area when I currently live in the UK?
