Going to Uni and changing career ...

Stuck at work at the moment and don't have access to the internet apart from this website

Going through the motions as of late, really unhappy in the job I'm in at the moment and looking to do something different. I've had a little think about things what I would like to do but unsure of them all.

My question really is how hard is it to go to Uni and study of a change of career? For example, I've also been interested in becoming a teacher. I've never been to Uni and I'm 24, how hard would it be to go and study for a possible change in career??

Your plenty young enough to have a career change mate. Make the most of the real world experiences you have already gained and you will have an advantage over all the students just start straight from school.

yeah for sure

but i guess choose your path wisely as alot of paths dont go very far these days


i personnally would do some sort of international degree to give you more scope globally added advantage of living abroad too

Go for it, I'm 33 and will be starting my second year in September and I don't know why I did not do it sooner.

If you do and you don't like it you can usually change courses.

Will have to look in to it later tonight when I have internet access.

I didn't know if it was going to be harder going to Uni as I'm older etc.
