Do I chase them up or just wait and see?

Hi All,

Another quick query.

I received a call from a company last Thursday afternoon, who expressed an interest in taking me on.

The girl I talked to said that she was meeting the Hiring Manager at 1600, and then she'd get back to me.

I haven't heard anything yet, I appreciate it's only been 2 working days, but am wondering whether I should ring her for an update (might seem a bit desperate), or just wait and see if anything develops.

Any ideas?

If I was expecting a call back after a few hours, and it had been 2 days...I'd give them a little reminder. Just a friendly, polite, any update kinda call.

They won't have done anything Friday, Monday are the same catching up on emails... Tuesday they may have finlised any agreements made on Thursday... Passed by HR Wednesday... Contact you again on Thursday.
