Voluntary redundancy and professional fees
Discussion
Firm where I work is currently offering a voluntary redundancy scheme.
I've been offered 20k to go, but I owe the company 6k of professional fees (tied in for 3 years after qualifying, currently just under 2 years remaining).
Does anyone know if, when taking voluntary redundancy, professional fees are waivered?
I have looked through my contract and it seems pretty wooly (HR and vague, now there's a surprise
), and I appreciate every company is different but has anyone else got any prior experience of this?
