Whistleblowing case
Discussion
I'm involved in a dismissal which originated from a whistle blowing issue.
I've Googled lots of cases involving whistle blowing, but can't find anything as to what an employment tribunal will accept as evidence the dismissal resulted from the whistle blowing act.
I have a solicitor involved in the case, but whenever I ask them for the sort of evidence required I get blanked. Whilst I will push for an answer, after all what else I am paying for if not legal advice, anybody here got any advice?

Get a different solicitor would be my advice.I am currently consulting with a firm of lawyers on two different cases, each partner has given the totally opposite advice on the same issue for each case.
Am getting to the end of my patience with them.
