Hi NEW Pod
Just a quick update on the ***Company Name*** opp… unfortunately the hiring manager has gone on holiday for two weeks, so we are looking at early November for feedback. Are you in the process for anything else at the moment that I should be aware of that will mean conflicting dates for interviews etc?
Kind Regards
RC

Hi RC,
Current salary is £63k (+20 max bonus, plus car, plus pension). My expectation is that my next move gets me to the £70k mark.
Thanks
AC

Hi AC
Thanks very much for getting your CV across, I realise your very busy. At the last stages of processing your application now but need to know some salary details. What is your current package at the moment? (basic and bonus) also the top end for this position is 80k basic, what would your particular expectations be??
Looking Forward to hearing from you AC.
Kind Regards

Hi RC
Please find attached my updated CV as promised.
In terms of the travel, I would like the chance to talk more about this with the company should we reach that stage, however as you can see from the attached I think I understand the role very well, and at this stage am very keen to progress.
Many thanks,
And hopefully I will hear from you soon.

P.S…… In the interest of not wasting your time AC, this is a very travel (European) heavy role and the ***Company Name**** manufacturing plant is based out of the Midlands (Birmingham) so would either require you to relocate or to commute on a weekly basis from there. Would this be an issue? (obviously all travel expenses are covered!!)
Kind Regards

This sounds absolutely perfect, seriously.
Let me re-work my CV later this evening and send it over for you.
Speak soon
PS If you really want to keep the company secret, maybe you should take out references to **Company Name*** leadership

Hi AC
No problem I understand that you are very busy. As requested here is the Job spec, obviously I have removed the company name until I can gage a certain amount of interest from yourself. I would love to schedule a call actually AC as we have a CV from yourself on our records, and you look like the perfect candidate for the role. If you have a fully up to date CV you could send that would also be fantastic.
Kind Regards

kING HILARIOUS !!!! And it's NOT even huxley !!! My response:
RC,
Have a quick look at the WHOLE email you sent me, and tell me what I'm supposed to say to that? I hate to say it, but it all seems a bit of a bun fight. I've looked a Another Candidates's Linked in Profile and don't see him as a threat, but he's clearly ambitious, and that's always a dangerous sign.
All I can say is that there are some "Irons in the Fire", so a 2 week delay is not ideal, from your point of view, but at present I have no conflicting dates you need to know about.

I would have reservations about how careful he or she was with my personal details - who knows who else has had a little read of your details?
I let him off lightly, but I reserve the right to send it on to the other bloke, but I really don't see the point of fI would have reservations about how careful he or she was with my personal details - who knows who else has had a little read of your details?
king up someone's life. This way he'll be careful next time, and I'm a firm believer in Karma. The Karma I've got from this is that I was seriously undervaluing my services. I'm not sure where the karma came from but I assume that I've helped someone out recently (I have) for nothing other than a warm feeling.

I know we all make mistakes and nobody died so I'm not that bothered about my own confidentiality as my pre-tax turnover can be obtained from companies house so it's easy for a potential client to see if I'm faking it. I just thought you would want to know as some people are not so laid back.

Hi New POD
Sorry I was out of the office yesterday. I can only apologise for the last email sent. As you can imagine that email was never meant to contain details of any others candidates application, a massive technical error on my part, obviously as a recruiter its my job tofind as many quality candidates for a position as possible, however in no way was that email sent to you on purpose or with any ulterior motive. Every candidate I have submitted for this opportunity has a different set of expertise and quality, and every candidate is entitled to complete confidentiality with regards to their application, unfortuantly in this instance due to error on my part this is not the case, any offence caused to yourself I can assure you was fully unintentional and deeply regrettable. Apologies again Mark, I hope you are still interested in this opportunity and that this one off admin error on my part has not given you a false impression of how we work here at s
