Can any professionals cast their eyes over some CVs?

My housemate has been let down with her new job and is urgently seeking a new position.
She is looking for a short/medium term which will allow her to use her Quality/Organisational/accounting skills while she waits for a new pub to become available.
Could someone cast a critical eye over a couple of CVs and she'll pick the best one to tweak and blitz a few agencies.
