My boss keeps whispering to a collague about something at work (none of my business) but I emailed my colleague asking him what it was about. Nothing dubious was on the email. Unfortunatly I emailed my boss the email.

Recall was to late and all he said was Its good thing I can joke about these things and I am currently getting destroyed by whole team with terrible banter.

My question is that can this be classsed at gross misconduct? and can my boss bring thi up in months time and hold it against me.

God i'm an idiot!

I can't see how it could be classed as GM. If your boss was any kind of professional he wouldn't be bloody whispering.

Gross misconduct? Did you attach a photo of your gooch to the email? If not, no, it's not gross misconduct. If it was he'd have to act right not, not let it slide and have the team take the piss out of you.

Hahaha no just text asking about whispering!

They now have to decided to only communicate by paper messages and boss has labelled me suffering from disingenuousness!

I wouldn't say so. To label you as disingenuous is probably putting too much stock in you. I'd say plain old needy, insecure and nosey would be better.
