TBA, insisting on a Licence with 7.5T on it will restrict you to largely 30something year old people - most after 97 do not have 7.5T. Secondly, a lot of these people will now require a Driver CPC this year IIRC, all things worth bearing in mind!

However attractive the role is, you really should give a better idea of what anyone successful could earn and not just tell them its rubbish pay....totally unprofessional.

Haha, Merry Christmas to you too. Guess you won't be applying In my defence, I'm not the boss. I am however, trying to create roles that won't otherwise exist. Granted I might not have posted it to your accepted template.

I agree, but the boss sees value in having people with suitable licenses (and sharing driving etc). I'll re-word the spec and post it in the new year when phumy cheers up a bit.

Lol, yeah, may be better to word it as that it would be advantageous for people to have 7.5T, but realise it may be easier to get the right person, and get them trained for C1 or C.
