Any one heard of or experinced this company? They have contacted me for a meeting with their senior consultant?

I have searched onlne and they appear to be more a coaching and prepaid job search company? To say the reviews are mixed would be an understatement.

I am currently seeking a new role so their contact is relevant, but I am naturally cautious quick fixes, big claims paid for up front, and frankly emperors new clothes (career ;-) )

Cheers all!

I suspect you'll find they are offering a paid advice service.

There are some careers companies which are worth dealing with but unfortunatly as with much of the recruitment sector these days it's saturated with companies who offer you basically nothing but charge you a large fee for the priviledge.

I get spammed by that company in the past after posting my CV on various job websites. Sounds very professional but I wouldn't waste your time with them. Just another agency fishing for candidates.

I had a discussion with their senior consultant. I suspected I knew what was coming but went along just to see.

As others have commented they charge for helping you sort your CV etc.

I quite enjoyed analysing the sales pitch and walked away...

Feel free to PM me if you want any further info.

It seems to be exactly what it felt like then, they may offer a very useful service but not one I need right now.

Thanks for the replies.

There are a number of reputable organisations out there who can assist when individuals are looking to say transition in to another sector or who are looking to make the move to Director level. They use the usual diagnostic tools, CV prep work and knowledge of industries to help channel you in line with your competencies and aspirations. They're not cheap, but that depends upon what value you place on maximising your potential (and thus whole career earnings). There are other smaller, more personal outfits ( wink ) who can provide support and guidance at a fraction of the cost...
Good luck!
