Lead Mechanic required urgently

I am still looking for someone that has the relevant experience, but I have now changed the title to avoid any confusion!

We are looking for a lead mechanic, with at least 6 years experience within the field, to start immediately.  We are based in between Swindon and Salisbury and build bespoke track/race cars.

You will need to have a hands on approach, but be able to stand back and think a problem through.

Ideal experience in the following:
General mechanics
Welding
Electrics
Engineering and Fabrication
CAD
Engine and transmission rebuilds

Not all of the above are essential but are highly desirable.

The salary is negotiable, but will pay the right money for the right person.

We are not looking for someone that is fresh out of university, this is a senior position and I need someone that can walk in and hit the ground running!

And there was I thinking you wanted someone that could fix church roofs.

Might also help if you clarify what type of cars. single seater, touring, historic etc.

The type of vehicles are mainly GT cars and 7 style cars
