Due to a recent promotion, I am now in the fortunate position of running one of the UK's largest glass repair/replacement companies.

I am looking to double turnover by the end of 2014 and to do that I need to ensure we have a solid base of proactive, self managing, skilled techs who will go above and beyond. Oh, not forgetting you'll need a great sense of humour!!!! We'll be doubling our tech base and as well as a great salary there will be a lot of opportunities going forward for the right people.

Salary??? Basic around 20k with OTE 38k (yes it is achievable!!!!!)

How you can say that the company that you have recently joined (not promoted?) is one of the largest glass repair/replacement businesses? Last count was around forty people on the road covering thousands of miles each week.
