WTD: Permanent Events Staff (Full & Part Time)

I put some roles on Job Centre today, so thought would post here as well (edited to fit part and full time roles)....
VACANCIES
Permanent:
Full Time Event Professional - with weekends as part of the standard working week. £18-22k
Part-time Events Assistants - Regular weekends often Friday-Sunday Circa £8/hour (or day/weekend rate as agreed)
Working throughout the UK (occasionally overseas).
Applicants must be able to start most journeys from our base in Little Chalfont, Bucks (near jct 18, M25). Transport to events is provided.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Typical duties involve setting up equipment and assisting with the running/hosting at events. Workshop and office duties between events (full time roles). Reporting to our Events Managers.
Driving event equipment to location (typically 7.5t HGV, Box Van & Trailer).
System installation / build and testing.
During the event, assist in the operation and running of the equipment.
System breakdown and return journeys.
All roles require regular weekends, bank holidays and typically long working hours with regular 2-5 day periods away from home.
In many cases, event staff accommodation involves staying on-site/camping with the equipment. This is often the most convenient accommodation and in some cases is required in order to provide personnel on site. In other cases, hotel accommodation will be arranged and provided.
Between events (full-time roles) the successful applicant will be required to help at our base near Amersham, Bucks. This may be workshop or office based duties, but will be determined by demand and relevant skills of the applicant.

ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE
1. Organisational Experience
Preferably for Events, Exhibitions and Shows.
2. Driving Experience & Licence. Ideally a full clean driving license.
Experience and licences for driving large vehicles including goods vehicles up to 7.5T GVW and vehicles with trailers.
3. Sales and Customer facing experience
Comfortable being a primary customer contact and managing the delivery of events
through considered and unwavering attention to all customers and their guests.
4. Reliable & Punctual
In our industry there is no room for anything other than exceptional Reliability and Punctuality – Please do not apply for any role unless you can demonstrate a proven record of unblemished attendance and timekeeping.
5. Mechanically Minded
Familiar with a range of tools and their use. An ability to assist with repairs and assist with maintenance of equipment (Specific training will be given)
6. Manual Handling
Event displays are often built to tight deadlines including lifting and assembling event equipment,
marquees and awnings.
7. Public speaking & Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills
The successful applicant will be required to host and commentate on motor racing. Although full training will be given, the successful applicant must be comfortable talking via a PA system to potentially very large crowds.
8. Of mature character
Able to adapt to a broad range of different tasks and maintain 100% customer focus and a positive approach in all situations.
