Looking for a Senior IT/Technical Consultant

Just thought I'd see what PH is like as a recruitment board, assuming I'm allowed? If not, sorry mods!

I work for an IT services company in Shoreham, West Sussex. I'm looking for an IT Consultant type bod to work on the Service Desk team. Would be the most senior technical role in the team (apart from me!). Below are the sort of tech you'd need to be familiar with. Preferably you'd have done a customer facing role before as well, rather than just internal IT. Salary is up to £38k + benefits.

VMWare, including vCentre(vDRS, centralized storage, etc)
iSCSI/SAN technologies
VLANs, both port and tagging.
Specific experience of Sonicwall Firewalls/GMS
StorageCraft backup solutions
Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, including SBS 2003/2008/2011
Active directory management, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, etc
Exchange 2003,2007 and 2010 server,
Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
Most popular anti-virus products, i.e. McAfee, Symantec etc,
An excellent understanding of firewalls, routers, switches etc,
Backup solutions, i.e. Backup exec, Storage Craft
