Employment tribunal papers
Discussion
Once the tribunal has delivered their ruling, are the bundle papers allowed to be used for other purposes? Or, do they still have to be kept confidential? As the tribunal is heard in public I would have thought any papers used could enter the public domain once the case, and any appeal action, is finished.
I want to use some of the papers for action, not further employment tribunal action, against another party once the tribunal has ruled.

The other side gave disclosure subject to your implied undertaking to use the disclosure only for the purposes of the case. To use the disclosed documents otherwise, without the permission of the Tribunal, of the other side, or of a higher court, would expose you to a risk of a finding of contempt of court. Litigation is not supposed to spiral, or spawn satellite disputes.
