Hi can ay one tell me the best course to do to become an electritian? is the course city and guilds level 123? or is there something different ?also how long it takes?

Depends upon what you want to do. Commercial electrics, well technically you merely need to be competent, but for domestics you need to prove competency to the scheme providers which will require specific C&G qualifications. You would probably spend 1-2 years becoming qualified, but part of that is spent house bashing to get enough work done that can be assessed as it's primarily a vocational qualification.
