self employed advice service?

Im in dire need of an advise service where I can just go and explain everything about my current role and the ins-and-outs of potentially terminating my services to them and the implications.

is there a 'citizens advice bureau' for self employed people? - or are they one in the same thing? (its been one of those days where i tend to say stupid things alot.
