Im willing to pay £2000 to train me/put me on a course to learn a new skill/trade.

I dont want to do a masters degree or anything, is there any jobs with salary 25,000 and up that i could easily get into after doing said course? I.e. electrician? Welder? Joiner? Etc

Any job is fine i just need some suggestions, preferably sought after and good paid jobs

I'm not sure of a quick fix that has ever been sustainable. There are numerous ways to improve employability, and of course training is one. But by itself it is unlikely to be the answer. A whole host of other factors impact upon any successful venture too, so these must be considered aswell. Good luck!

Don't take this the wrong way but why do you presume being an electrician welder or a joiner to be easy? There not!
A three week course in a 'trade' will not land you a £500 pw job, ever!
I think it's great that you are trying to improve your career prospects and good luck!
