IT software sales in London, how much

Hi guys I am going to be looking for a number of IT software sales guys with experience of working across the EMEA. I am trying to get an idea of real world salaries. My thoughts are that I am going to have to pay basics in the £65K to £90K range with OTE of double that. For London based roles does that sound reasonable?
