Moral dilemma or no brainer?

Having been out of work since the end of September 2012, I have finally been offered a job!! In fact, I've been offered two. Yay me!!
Brief background: I applied for job A about 6 weeks ago. I took part in a three stage recruitment process - telephone interview, assessment centre, final face to face with team manager which took nearly 3 weeks overall (the team manager appears not to have done recruitment on this scale before and/or may be under a lot of pressure to get it right first time, recruiting a new team of about 30 people) the face to face was last Thursday and I finally got the nod yesterday (at 17.45) to start on May 13th.
Meanwhile, I had continued to apply for other roles, partly because I wasn't overconfident after the face to face and partly to fulfill my JSA agreement. I interviewed yesterday for Job B and was selected and given the nod almost immediately - it took me 30 minutes to get home and the missed call while I was driving was the RA telling me I could start next Tuesday (30th April). This is a temp contract initially '3-6 months'.
The dilemma, such as it is, is this. I am tempted to turn up for Job B on Tuesday and commence the couple of weeks training just so as to earn some cash, mainly to ease the transition into full time work (travel costs, lunches etc) then find some plausible (or outrageous, who cares?) reason to leave and take up the offered role at Job A, which is a permanent role on much better money with much better prospects (there has been mention of the possibility of a permanent role at Job B, but it's a utility company so who knows?
NB, this course of action is highly unlikely to have any repercussions down the line.
What would PH do?

What would PH do?
Personally? Wouldn't mess around, would take the job that I actually wanted and turn down the other. You never know, the other lot might sue for breach of contract or something to recover the costs of replacing you - in that situation, could you actually afford to leave one job to take the other?
If I were going for two jobs, and was offered one whilst waiting for the other offer to come in then I might be inclined to suggest I'd accept, but not sign a contract, for the first until I knew where I stood with the second, but I certainly wouldn't sign a contract and start work, only to leave shortly after starting.
Also - whilst the money coming in might be nice to have for those two weeks, you're taking the job from someone else who needs/wants it. As someone who's been out of work since last September, how would you feel of someone had done that to you? Seems wrong to me...
