WTD Chefs - where do you search for jobs?

Hello,

We are looking to recruit a head chef and a sous chef and I wondered whether I could ask any chefs (or employers thereof) on here how they usually find job roles. As an IT contractor, I pretty much exclusively use jobserve but is there an equivalent "go-to" site for catering jobs?

I'm considering reed.co.uk and caterer.com. Anyone have any suggestions of cost-effective (i.e. sufficient appropriate visitors) alternatives - though to be honest they'll not be alternatives rather they'll be in addition. What about the local paper, does anyone use these anymore?

Edit: I've just noticed that "wanted ads" are OK in this forum so, if anyone is a chef, looking for work and can sensibly get to a rural South Buckinghamshire location, please do get in touch. Age is not a factor and we're looking for someone with ambition over and above pure length-of-experience (though experience is necessary). We want someone, basically, who is keen to make obsessed with making a name for themselves Competitive salary and performance bonuses etc.

Job centre is free to advertise on, both online and in 'store', but you will have to sift through huge amounts of st to find the odd gem.

Reed always used to be more sort of adminy/secretarial stuff, although it has got better over the last few years.

I'd potentially look at fish4, jobsite and totaljobs too.
