Overtime

Hi all,

Any help the the matter below would be appreciated:

I have been working for my employer for close to two years now and have always been claiming time and a half for Monday-Saturday and double time for Sundays.

Since a change in approver I am now being told I can only claim time and a quarter for Monday-Friday and time and a half for weekends.

I have checked my contract and it states that overtime can be claimed subject to managers approval with no mention of rates. (manger approves time-card (with rates) before being sent on for further approval)

If it makes any difference I'm a permanent employee of the company.

What does company policy/handbook say regarding O/T rates ?
If this information is not available ask HR ?
