How would that work for piece rate (for example).?
If a leaflet distributor gets paid £35 to deliver 1000 leaflets (pro rata) in a week, and it's up to him/her when the work is done as long as it's within the week timescale. Would it then be an average of how many leaflets have been delivered over a set number of weeks ie 13 weeks/3 months?

Here's the Northern Ireland guidance. Would it then be an average of how many leaflets have been delivered over a set number of weeks ie 13 weeks/3 months?

You only have to work out a special payment where your workers have varying pay rates, such as piece work. In those cases, the holiday pay will be equal to the average rate over the 12 weeks before the holiday.
