Indeed, BreadVan72 is your man. RSoovy6 is another resident law guy, although I don't think he specialises in employment law.

if you're stuck try citizens advice helped me alot, meant i had to sit about for abit, but yeah, free advice, and its good advice - just in my case, not what i wanted to hear! hah
