WTD: Junior .NET Developer

I'm currently recruiting for a junior .NET developer (permanent role) to join an established development team on the south coast. My company is a large leading automotive retail, contract hire & fleet management group. The position is based near Portsmouth, with very easy access to the M27. The company has excellent bonus and pension schemes.

I'm the Apps Dev manager i.e. not an agency.

I'm looking for the following skills:
Core:
Time management & documentation
ASP.NET 3.5, Webforms, C#, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, HTML, XML, Linq, JavaScript
2 years' webdev experience in a commercial environment.
Stored Procedure experience

Favourable:
Healthy interest in automotive world (hence posting on here)
Strong CSS knowledge
ASP.NET 4.0-4.5
VS2012
jQuery & jQueryUI
MVC
SAML
