Airline Product Development Careers?

does anyone here work in this type of job?

I'm currently an Assistant Brand Manager in the cycling industry but I love the idea of working in an airline, especially being part of the department that decides what ends up in the aircraft or airport lounges etc.

I'd love to know about how to get into a job like that and what it's like! e.g pressured targets, impossible budgets, job satisfaction, any travel with the job, benefits of the company?

Any insight would be appreciated!
