WTD: Service Desk Analyst

I require 3 service desk analysts to work for a large charity. Usual windows environment and trouble shooting skills required.

Good customer service skills are a must.

Located in EC1 hours 8-4 / 9-5 / 10-6 on a rotational basis.

Salary £22k - £25k

1 on a perm basis.
1 on a 12 month FTC
1 on a 3 month contract.

scott , ive got a few guys finishing on our project with steria where we ran a service desk for them, to run along side our network design services on MOD sites.

would all be on contract day rate terms though,
