IF there are any chefs on board....
I have summer work ( late june to october) for a number of chefs.
SW France. No accommodation provided but the wages are decent and rents not too high in the area.
13km from the Med. Could turn into long term work if interested.
Interesting food.
Some French language skills would be good, but not vital as kitchen is run in English
