I realise that recruitment can be a bit of a dirty word in these parts!

Does anyone have any experience with InnerSquare (www[dot]innersquare[dot]co[dot]uk) either as a candidate or from an employer's perspective? If you do, please PM me.

Sorry no experience

However three of the business leaders there have profiles on Linked in. The lead guy is ex Mckinsey so I would guess they are a decent set up.

The opacity of fees doesn't give you cause for concern? To me it would set alarm bells ringing.

Note also that, whilst they say their placement rate is equivalent to that of MBA programmes, they don't claim to place at an equivalent pay grade.

Who would have thought that Oxbridge grads, who'd already secured jobs at blue chip firms, might have been of interested to consultancies???

Maybe I'm too cynical, but if I were the OP I'd be asking some probing questions before committing...

Quite, while they clearly have a great background and personal experience, I want to make sure I take the best route to maximise my opportunity (I also have good contacts at a few of the firms). It is also likely to cost me a fair chunk in fees and I want to make sure it is worth spending. The fee options are clear from further discussion although expensive.

In that case, leverage your contacts!

If someone's put in a good word to get you to the interview, you might find the interview is less tortuous than you're expecting.

I'm not sure I see the business case for spending money to end up in the "regular" process instead of one where you're already marked out as a good chap by someone in the firm?
