Hoping for some advice for the future!

I'm currently working towards an NVQ L3 in bricklaying, working for a big Housing Association.

I've been doing the trade for just under 3 years and am starting to realise it isn't something I'd like to do for a long time. It's fine now and I'm enjoying it, but I want to go higher.

My college tutor has said I'm plenty smart enough to progress higher, im just struggling to see where I could go.

I have been looking at university courses etc. but I just don't understand what the next step above L3 is?

Surveying etc interests me, and I think i could see myself doing something like that.

Thanks for reading, if you made it to the end without me boring you to death. hehe

"BTEC Level 4 HNC in Construction & the Built Environment" is my first hit on Google.
Would my NVQ3 get me into this, no mention if NVQ on the website.

Many thanks!
