I applied for a job which I would love and, imho be pretty good at.
I royally fked up my phone interview and got the thanks, but no thanks email just before Christmas. It obviously didn't work out with the new person and the role is being advertised again. It's the same contact as before, do I reapply and hope she has forgot me, drop a quick email explaining that I fked up the phone interview and am still interested or just forget about it?

Tricky question. I honestly don't know what I would do. I think I'd probably be up front about it.

If it was that recent, I'd still re-apply but don't give reasonings - just apply as normal.

Expect that she'll remember you and issue a straight rejection if your interview was that bad however. You rarely get second chances unfortunately.
