Soon to Graduate: Career/Job Advice.

Hi to anyone that is willing to advise,
I am currently in my final year of University (Nottingham Trent - so not redbrick) Doing Law Llb, I am hoping to get a 2:1 (will be all done in just over 2 weeks time). However at the rate of my motivation and knowledge retention recently its looking like a 2:2 which makes things SO much more difficult it would seem.
I should state that I have wanted to do a 'ski season' for ages so whilst trying to get a job now, I am also planning on applying for a ski season for winter 20155/2016 so will leave in November and come back in April/may time. The question is what do I do between mid july and November?
I have events 'in my calendar' as it were until mid July, at that point I would like to be employed somewhere that is:
1) Going to look good/Enhance my CV
2) Not just be any old part time Job (have worked in catering, retail, building part time with some work experience in soliciors firms).
3) Be better paid than the measly £7 an hour I have been used to as a student.
4) Be something that I will not absolutely hate everyday or that will have an employer taking me for a joke.
In terms of the jobs themselves I will consider most things bar 'manual' work as to be quite honest Im crap at it - I will do it if I have to but I really want to avoid that kind of employment at all costs.
I am quite materialistic and would like good pay - but am under no illusion that 'good' pay doesnt appear overnight unless you are seriously intelligent (i.e. Oxbridge) and have solid connections.
I am willing to travel I would probably say up to an hour from home (Rutland) - providing pay/fuel allowance was there to cover that, but considering my plans as they stand relocating for the time being would be out of the question.
I understand this isn't much information to go on in relation to me personally, but don't be afraid to ask questions to help you/me identify any possible things that would be good to apply for.

I graduated from Trent with a 1st in 2013 and went onto a grad job with £21k. I've had 2 pay rises since then, and will get a significant one of £12.5kish next year upon finishing a further qual.
I'd look at recruitment jobs or jobs you want to go into after your year out. You need something good on your CV so don't look at BS jobs. (Even recruitment is borderline in that respect IMO. I know a few people that have took grad jobs in the area of their degree, then took a year out and got back into it easily as they had the relevant experience on their CV.
Pull your finger out and put the work in for your final exams, a 2:1 vs a 2:2 puts you into two different piles when companies are assessing CV's unless the degree is something like Maths from a red brick.

To add to that, I'd rather take low paid law related work then anything else in your case.
The experience is experience on your CV, they don't know the salary you were on and it will be dividends when going for law jobs training contracts.

I have no real advice to offer other than in July the ski season will be starting across the Southern Hemisphere so if you're short of ideas-head to New Zealand 
I did back to back season in the north then the south-it was like the year of eternal winter!If I can offer you some advice, you have the rest of your life to work so enjoy this down time and don't worry about it putting you behind. If a grads CV came across my desk I'd think it's a good thing to do gaining life skills etc.
