Not heard anything back yet. The HR lady was on annual leave on the Monday (I sent a Thank You note and got the out of office).

The whole process seemed fine and It seemed to had gone fairly well

Bit wierd I have heard nowt yet. i assume its probably a no.

However, when I have interviewed guys for my teams I usually make sure I say no within the first few days.

hmm. Hate this waiting malarkey...

This a usually a good sign, I know the outright rejections straight away and they get told thanks, but no thanks quite quickly. The successes often wait the longest as candidates are eliminated but would in most cases ensure things were settled within a week.

Appreciate it is frustrating, but if it was a lengthy assessment it may take time to write up the results.

They may have a another candidate they are comparing you to, the line manage might be out of the office.

All kinds of reasons.

Hang in there and best of luck

Ah well guys I did not get it.

Moving onto the next one! Saved me a 100 mile round commute, but it was a great company nonetheless.

Onwards and upwards!

Just got an automated email which I think is pretty poor as I took a full days holiday to do the bloody thing. And no feedback either!
