Dental Nursing Help

Hi - Somebody I know is working in a completely unrelated field at the moment and wants to aim towards becoming a qualified dental nurse. She has had a couple of interviews but they are asking very focussed dental nursing questions, even though these are entry level 'apprenticeship' roles they want the candidate to have at least basic knowledge of dental nursing.

Can anybody recommend a text book or something of the like for a complete entry level newbie into dental nursing? I have taken a look but they all appear to be diploma text books or 'hand guides' for newly qualified nurses.

I'd find a willing dentist who will let them shadow for a day and ask the nurses loads of questions.
