Job offer as electrical tester

I have been offered a role with PHS Compliance as an electrical tester. Has anyone worked for them who can tell me what they are like to work for? They seem very well set up and professional with decent wages but just looking for a wee bit more info. Please PM with any info if you don't want to post it here.
