Anyone kind enough to read my CV and offer feedback?
Discussion
As per title really.
I've never had a problem with my CV in the past and have had employers tell me it was a great example of a CV (at least to their eyes), but now that I'm looking to change jobs some point soon, I've decided to update it...
Even if I cured cancer, someone on PH would tear me apart, which is why I figured I would post my CV hear so I can hear all the negative stuff on why it's so terrible!
I've left out a few bits at the end of it (Education, Training, Interests ETC) as it's really my employment history that I feel is most important for me to improve...
It doesn't look like much content, but once formatted and in size 11 Arial + my education and a tiny interest section, it is pretty crammed onto 2 pages so I can't see how putting more info on would improve it!
See below and tell me what you think:

Sales, Account Management and Customer Service – Keison International
March 2012 - October 2013
Trading as VoIPon Solutions and 4Gon Solutions, my role was to provide pre-sale and after-sale support to all customers who had placed orders through our website. In addition to this, I would assist in sales generated from warm leads as well as manage our logistics and stock department. The key responsibilities for this role were:
-Selling a wide range of VOIP and Wireless products. Making sure I maximise margins where possible whilst building a strong relationship with my customers, ensuring repeat orders. I was also in charge of contacting customers with existing orders to try and upsell them to products with better margins as well as sourcing the products from an array of suppliers all over the world. Not bad at all. You could cut down on the CV-speak (if you've got problem-solving skills, they're probably already proactive, while cogent isn't the right word here). Can you put any more details in, such as the amount by which you've increased margins, or examples good results from contacting customers?
Also, you probably already know this, but you'll be asked why you've left the police for something so different.

Amongst a number of issues, and as mentioned above, convert from role-based to outcomes-based and write in third person. The remainder of the feedback would be best given on an actual CV you were submitting for a role rather than the base CV. More than happy to provide some feedback on such as formatting and the education component can be key enablers to a high quality CV if done well so should not be overlooked. Good luck!

There is not much "achievement" or "impact" in your CV. There is a lot telling the reader what you do which is easy enough to get from a job description but what results did you achieve? What improvements were made? What stands you out from another person doing the same job?
Agree on the points about outcomes and achievement. IMO the more numbers you can quote to quantify your impact the better. A couple of head hunters have mentioned this me that when they scan read CVs they are drawn to numbers. Many thanks for the feedback guys, I'll be sure to update when I get home.
I considered this when originally constructing the CV.
The problem is, I don't really know what to put.
Typically, on a day to day basis I am soley responsible for increasing sales anywhere between £40,000 to £200,000 - the thing is, realistically this is only between 1-7%... Its significantly more than anyone else on my team achieves, but saying 1-7% sounds s
t and putting £200,000 increase per day may look more than it actually is if that makes sense.
What do you guys think?

It sounds like you're increasing sales by 1-7% on a £3m base, so call it that. The problem is, I don't really know what to put.
