I have an interview coming up. What questions can I expect?

Currently working in Logistics and Customer service for the Oil industry and previously done Sales, Customer Service and Account Management in the VOIP and Wireless Industry.

I have an interview lined up for an IT Recrutiment company. Recruitment is something I've always wanted to get into, the idea of uncapped commission really appeals to me and despite this role being a reduction in basic salary to what I'm currently on, I'm certain that once I've trained up I could have a long, prosperous career in the industry.

I'll be heavily researching both the company I have the interview with as well as the recruitment industry heavily over the weekend...


What I would like to know is what questions am I likely to be given by an interviewer in this type of role?
I have a mock interview on Tuesday with the recruiter recruiting for the recruitment company (rec to rec, sounds confusing, I know) but I'd like to perform well in that so I can be perfect for the real thing.
